Restrictions:

Although rare, sometimes a computer Virus may damage operating system files to such an extent that the operating system must be re-installed to repair the damage.  The reinstallation of the operating system requires the customer to supply the original manufacturer's operating system CD's.

• When a computer is infected with a Virus that can't be removed and the operating system must be reinstalled, the installation Cost is $145.00.  In this event, the customer must provide all original manufacturer CD's, including the Windows Operating System CD, else, additional charges may be incurred to cover the purchase cost of a system recovery CD.
• Anti-Virus software purchase is an additional charge.  If you have a valid copy of Symantec Anti-Virus, please provide the CD when you bring the system in for service.  If the computer has an out-of-date copy, the cost of software reactivation is an extra charge.
